Mercedes-Benz Vans

Just as Mercedes-Benz is a symbol for excellence in the passenger car segment, its vans are considered to be the standard for business customers. Mercedes-Benz entered the commercial vans segment in 2001 with the Sprinter, Metris and Freightliner brands. Mercedes-Benz captured 7% market share in a market dominated by Ford (50%), Chevy (24%), and Nissan (9%). Vans is one of the fastest growing divisions at Daimler by revenue, volume and profit.

MB Vans has planned a secure site for their Fleet customers with a robust set of tools and functionality, including online ordering of multiple approved vehicle configurations. I designed a new page and feature, Fleet Recalls that would enable fleet customers to upload a spreadsheet of VIN numbers to check them all for recalls within moments, saving MB Vans considerable time in customer inquiries and effort to direct inquiries to the right parties.
